Any product bought from Deyar’s online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state. Customers who desire to exchange the product will be given a coupon code worth the amount of the purchase that they may use only once. This policy is applicable to local orders only. Products purchased from the Online Store cannot be exchanged at our Offline Stores

  • For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.
  • For products on Sale, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order.
  • If during delivery, customs' duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
  • Deyar is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE

Deyar does not offer a refund policy however, if you wish to exchange any product within 14 days, you can contact our customer service center by emailing us at info@deyaronline.com or can call us at +923254775777.

Please note that, all local order exchanges, please send us the product at MA textiles, ferozwala, Lahore and in return Deyar will give you the shopping coupon for the new product.

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Deyar has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

1. What is the delivery time?

Local Order delivery takes 3-5 days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order.

2. What are the delivery charges for local and international orders?

Deyar charged of Rs. 150 on local orders. For international orders, real time carrier rates will be shown on the checkout page based on your location and the weight of your order.

3. Does the price of the order include shipping?

Typically, we will indicate shipping charges separately as part of the order on the checkout page. The final payment amount charged will include shipping charges.

4. How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email. You can log on to TCS and DHL websites for local and international order respectively, insert your tracking ID and track your order.

5. What manner of shipping do you use?

We ship all over Pakistan through our courier partners TCS, and internationally through DHL. Package typically arrives in 2-4 working days for local shipping and 7-10 working days for international shipping.

6. How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
